Signing in and passwords
First sign-in with a temporary password, choosing your own, and what to do if you forget it.

Your first sign-in
Your manager gives you a username and a temporary password, or you get them in a welcome email. Sign in at velkeep.com/login. You are asked to choose your own password straight away; the temporary one then stops working.
Guard passwords need at least 8 characters, admin passwords at least 10. Tap the eye icon in any password box to see what you typed.
Forgot your password
Tap Forgot your password on the sign-in screen and enter your username or email. If your account has an email address you get a link that works once, for 30 minutes. If not, ask your manager to set a new temporary password for you.
Too many wrong passwords
After several wrong tries, sign-in is paused for a while to protect your account. Wait and try again, or ask your manager.
