When something goes missing, see when it was last seen fine and whether anyone was on shift.
For managers
The theft window
Open a site and tap Report. For each missing or damaged asset, Velkeep shows the last photo where it was fine and the first photo where it was not, and whether that time was during a shift or between shifts with nobody on site.
Incidents, Shifts and Assets
- Incidents: guard reports and missing or damaged asset windows.
- Shifts: every shift at the site with times and checks.
- Assets: each asset with its latest status.
Evidence you can trust
Every photo is stamped on the phone with the time, GPS position and accuracy, and the guard's name, and the same details are stored with it. Checks cannot be edited once sent.
