Download your data
In Billing, under Your data, download one file with everything your company has in Velkeep: sites, assets, shifts, checks, check-ins, incidents, rotas and staff (never passwords).
How long data is kept
While your account is open, your records are kept. 90 days after an account closes, its photos and records are deleted and staff accounts anonymised; you are warned 14 days before. Invoices are kept for 6 years, as the law requires.
Tell your staff
Velkeep records photos, location at check times, clock-in selfies and shift times. Tell your staff in writing what is recorded and why. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement explain the details.
