Clock-in reminders and late alerts
Guards get a one-tap clock-in alert from the rota; you are told when someone has not clocked in.
For managers
How it works
- When a shift's clock-in window opens (the start time minus your allowed minutes), the guard gets "Time to clock in".
- Tapping it opens Velkeep, checks the guard is on site and clocks them in.
- If they have not clocked in once they count as late, the guard is reminded and every admin gets "has not clocked in".
- After clocking in, the guard gets a confirmation saying whether they were on time.
What it needs
A published rota with a guard on the shift, and alerts turned on on the guard's phone (on iPhone, Velkeep must be added to the home screen).
