Photo checks of assets
Start, patrol and end of shift photos: scan the QR label, take the photo, mark anything missing or damaged.
For guards
Start, Patrol and End
- Start: photograph every asset at the start of your shift.
- Patrol: photograph any asset as often as you like during the shift.
- End: photograph every asset again before you leave.
Take a check
- Step 1: Tap the asset in the list, or scan its QR label with your phone camera.
- Step 2: Take the photo. Use the torch button at night (Android).
- Step 3: Choose OK, Missing or Damaged and add a note if something is wrong.
- Step 4: Tap Save. The photo is stamped with the time, GPS and your name.
No signal
Keep going. Checks are saved on the phone and sent in order when signal returns. Do not clear the browser or log out until they have sent.
