Report it
- Step 1: During your shift, tap Report an incident.
- Step 2: Write what happened. Add a photo if you can.
- Step 3: Tap Send. Every manager with alerts on gets it straight away.
On sites where you photograph assets, report damage or theft by marking the asset Missing or Damaged in its photo check, with a note.
If there is no signal, the report waits on your phone and sends itself later. In an emergency, always call 999 first.
