Photo checks every shift
Guards scan the QR label on each asset and take a photo at the start, on patrol and at the end of the shift.

Guard patrol and asset check app for UK security companies
Guards photograph every asset, every shift. Each photo is stamped with the time, GPS position and guard’s name.
One app for the guards on site and the managers in the office, built around what goes wrong on real sites.

Guards scan the QR label on each asset and take a photo at the start, on patrol and at the end of the shift.
When something goes missing, see when it was last seen and whether anyone was on shift.
Check-ins every 30 or 60 minutes. Shifts only start when the guard is on site.
Publish the week. Guards accept, pick up open shifts and swap with colleagues. You approve every change.

A note and a stamped photo, on every manager’s phone straight away.
Installs on any phone like an app. Checks wait on the phone and send themselves, in order, when signal returns.

Hand over photos, times and locations instead of a guess.

The stamp is burned into the photo on the phone, and the same details are stored with it. Nobody can edit a check once it is sent.
How it works
Most companies set up their first site in an afternoon.

Pin each site, list its plant, generators and containers, and print a QR label for each one.

Guards start on site, scan each label and take a photo. Patrols and check-ins are prompted on their phone.

Reports show every photo and check-in, and the exact window anything went missing.

Velkeep is a guard patrol and asset check app for UK security companies. Guards photograph every asset at the start and end of each shift, check in on site with GPS, report incidents and see their rota. Managers get reports that show exactly when something went missing, and whether anyone was on shift.
For most sites, yes. Velkeep uses the guard’s own phone and printed QR labels instead of tags and handsets: patrol photos, GPS check-ins with alerts when one is missed, clock in and out, incident reports and a shift rota, all in one app.
No. Velkeep runs on any modern Android phone or iPhone. Guards open a link and add it to their home screen. There is nothing to install from an app store.
Photos, check-ins and incident reports are saved on the phone and sent in order as soon as there is signal. The time and place are recorded when the photo is taken, not when it is sent.
