Clock out: end your shift
Finish your end of shift photos, confirm everything is intact and end the shift.
For guards
End your shift
- Step 1: On asset sites, take the End photos of every asset.
- Step 2: Tap End shift and confirm whether everything is intact. Add a note if not.
- Step 3: Wait until Velkeep says everything has sent, then you see your shift summary.
When you can end
On a rota shift, the End button appears shortly before your finish time (your company sets how long, 20 minutes by default). Before that you see when it opens.
If you have to leave early, tap I need to leave early and say why. Your manager is told and the shift shows Left early.
