Attendance: who was late or left early
Compare each rota shift with when the guard actually clocked in on site and clocked out.
For managers
Read the report
Open Rota, then the Attendance tab. Each shift shows the planned start and end next to the real clock-in and clock-out, labelled On time, Early, Late, No show, Left early, Stayed longer or Not clocked out.
The table at the top counts each guard's late arrivals, no-shows and early finishes for the week. Tap a guard to see only their shifts, or tick Only show problems.
Allowed minutes
Choose how many minutes either side of the rota time still count as on time, separately for the start and the end (20 by default, up to 240). With 20, a 19:00 shift is on time from 18:40 to 19:20.
The end minutes also decide when guards see the End button: with 20, a guard on a 07:00 finish can end from 06:40. Ending earlier needs a reason, which you see on the shift and here.

Shifts not on the rota
Each clock-in is tied to one rota shift, and a rota shift can only be clocked into once. Shifts a guard worked with no rota shift (at a site where they had none at the time) are listed at the bottom, so nothing is missed. Night shifts that end the next day show (+1).
