Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses Velkeep. Breaking it may lead to suspension of the account.

You must

Use Velkeep only for lawful security work and only for your own business and clients.
Tell your staff, in writing, what Velkeep records about them (such as photos, location at check times and shift times) and why.
Only record location while staff are working; never use Velkeep to track people outside their working time.
Make sure everyone doing licensable security work holds the licences required by law, such as an SIA licence.
Keep sign-in details secret and remove people who leave.

Upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Photograph members of the public more than needed to record the asset.
Try to get into other customers' data, test or break our security, or overload the service (please report security issues to the email address on our website).
Copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing product from Velkeep.
Use automated tools to sign up or to access the service, other than the app itself.
