Cancellations and Refunds

Velkeep is sold to businesses, so the 14-day cooling-off period for consumers does not apply. We still want you to be treated fairly; this is how cancellations and refunds work.
Free trial
Nothing is charged during the free trial. If you do nothing at the end of it, nothing is charged.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time in Billing. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Your data is kept as described in our Terms.
Monthly plans
Monthly payments are not refunded for part months.
Yearly plans
If you cancel within 14 days of your first yearly payment, we refund it in full. After that, yearly payments are not refunded for the rest of the year, but you keep access until the end of the year.
Changing plan
Moving to a bigger or smaller plan by card is charged or credited in proportion to the time left in the current period. With PayPal, the new price applies from the next payment.
Mistakes
If you were charged twice or charged in error, we refund the full amount.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account used, usually within 5 to 10 working days, and you receive a credit note.
